We must not deceive ourselves! Inter-religious dialogue does not come naturally for us! We do need to learn to listen to different opinions
and we need to study the religion of the other to be able to approach his mystery, to better understand what it represents as something unique in God’s plan of love.
Very often it is while working together, struggling together that we as Christians of different denominations and believers of other religions, come to appreciate one another mutually. The desire to build a more just humanity and to live in a world of peace brings us closer. Pope Paul VI said “Dialogue is a new name for Charity”.
