Migration, refugees, and internally
displaced persons
Migration and forced displacement are among the major humanitarian crises of our time, present wherever we serve. With complex causes—conflict, poverty, climate change, and inequality—this crisis demands diverse and coordinated solutions.
Echoing the call of Pope Francis and the Church, we respond to this urgent reality, which affects women, youth, and children in particular. Migration is a new face of poverty, and Africa – so close to our heart – is often the starting point of these journeys.
Our mission involves grassroots awareness, support at every stage—from origin to transit and final destinations—and a commitment to human dignity for all on the move.
