Modern slavery and human trafficking

Modern slavery and human trafficking are dehumanizing realities on the rise worldwide. Deeply connected to the mission of our founder and the call of Pope Francis, this urgent issue is a key concern for the Church today.

Women and children are especially affected, making it a pressing matter of justice and human dignity. Found in every region, trafficking requires diverse responses—rooted in compassion, advocacy, and action.

This mission calls us to stand with the most vulnerable, defend human rights, and promote true freedom. It also opens the door for a much needed collaboration with individuals and organizations already engaged in this ministry.
